Su centralizaci\u00f3n agilizar\u00e1 la elaboraci\u00f3n y evaluaci\u00f3n de estudios ambientales, reduciendo costos y tiempos en los procesos de certificaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Asimismo, el acceso a la <strong>LBAP<\/strong> brindar\u00e1 a la ciudadan\u00eda y diversas entidades informaci\u00f3n oficial y confiable sobre la calidad del aire, agua, suelo y biodiversidad.
